Office of Energy & Sustainability

National Bike Month

May is National Bike Month, which celebrates biking as a popular type of recreation and an environmentally friendly mode of transportation that can help reduce one’s carbon footprint. The Office of Energy & Sustainability encourages you to review incentives that make cycling a sustainable way to commute to campus.

Bike Parking

  • Bike racks are available in the inner courtyard at Olin Hall. You may also use the bike racks on the BRB/Lasdon House terrace, accessible through the iron gate west of the Lasdon House entrance on East 70th Street.*
  • Secured bicycle parking is available through the Lasdon House and Weill Greenberg Center Parking Garages. Bicycle parking rates apply and are posted inside each garage entrance.*
  • Curb parking is available via bicycle racks located around campus, on sidewalks, and in front of most college buildings.

Commuter Showers
Showers for commuters are located on the second floor of the Belfer Research Building. They are available upon request.*
