Backup Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer Booking Form

Backup defrosting ULT freezer.

Please fill out the form below in order to reserve the backup ultra-low temperature freezer for your defrosting maintenance (for a maximum of one week). This unit is located in the mechanical room on the 8th floor of the 1300 York Avenue building.

Allow for a few days to receive confirmation of your booking and to obtain instructions on how to access the space.

Note: this unit is set to -70°C to maximize energy efficiency but it can be adjusted to -80°C if you are more comfortable. It can also be set to -20°C if you need to defrost your -20°C freezer.
